Aleksandar Klopić, born on September 2, 1996, in Doboj, stands out as a talented artist whose creativity shines through painting and drawing. After completing his education at Doboj Gymnasium, he embarked on an academic journey at the Technical University in Vienna, where he gained foundational education in the field of architecture.
Growing up, Aleksandar discovered his inclination for drawing and painting, which brought him not only a sense of personal value but also inspiration, hope, and courage. Following the successful completion of his studies, the artistic dimension of his personality became the primary focus and passion.
In his creative work, Aleksandar often employs the technique of acrylic on HDF panels. He plays with temporal elements in his compositions, where initial motifs are not necessarily final or prevalent in the ultimate appearance of the artwork. Through a subtle interplay with musical aspects, the artist conveys his story in a personal manner. The previous painting often leaves its mark on the subsequent one, adding depth, history, and essential context.
The process of creating each artistic piece for Aleksandar can vary from one hour to several days, depending on the layers of acrylic paint and the thickness he applies. For precision and texture, he uses brushes and a palette knife; the latter allows him to play with layer thickness and achieve precise lines.
Aleksandar has already had the opportunity to showcase his talents to the public. In 2019, he participated in an amateur exhibition in Doboj, where he drew attention with his work. In 2023, he anticipates his first solo exhibition at the Serbian Embassy in Vienna, titled “There Is No Wrong Step.” Additionally, his work has become part of the “Cleopatra” project, representing his first collaborative endeavor.
His artistic journey continues to progress, offering the audience a unique perspective through his layered and expressive paintings.
